What I Do

The courses I am offering at the moment are three and half hours in length, with no more than twelve participants or fewer depending on the venue.

I provide all ingredients and soft drinks. We will cook enough for everyone to have some to eat with Thai Jasmine rice.

The course will be hands on experience, and you will be encouraged to participate in the preparation and cooking process from the making of curry paste from fresh ingredients ( not from the jar ) to the all important tasting and adjustment of seasoning.

There will also be a display of Thai ingredients and advice on where to find the more unusual ones. You will be given an information pack including the recipes to take away, and are welcome to contact me afterwards for advice.
