“More than 10 years experience teaching the Thai Cooking”

I have been a keen cook since I was in my teens, and have been giving cooking demonstrations and classes for more than 10 years. Some of the venues where I have worked are the Good Housekeeping Institute (for the guild of food writers), The Eden Project and River Cottage. I regularly work with Michael and Joy Michaud (growers of the infamous Dorset Naga chilli and other exotic fruit and vegetables) and have given demonstrations at the Bridport Food Festival and Dorset County Show for several years. I also use to teach Thai cookery at Yeovil College.

I have completed a City & Guilds Level 4 certificate (stage one) in further education teaching, and have a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.
