The course is about cooking from scratch and not from a jar. It is a hands-on experience, giving you the opportunity to develop the skills needed to cook the Thai way.
You will be advised on the use of seasoning, herbs and spices that give Thai food its distinctive taste, such as lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce and shrimp paste.
Course are about 3 1/2 hours long
- Limit of 12 people per class
- You will learn to cook a starter and 2 mains
- Enough food and rice will be prepared to have generous tastings at the end of the class

I use many ingredients from my own garden including lemongrass, kaffir lime leave, chillies, coriander and tomatoes in season.
